WP4387499 Refrigerator Defrost Thermostat

Defrost terminator WP4387499, is used on Kenmore, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Maytag, Roper, Magic Chef, Admiral, Amana and some other brand refrigerators.

It uses a bi-metal to terminate power to the defrost heater at 50 degrees. The circuit to the defrost heater is closed once this defrost thermostat reached 25 degrees.
