mcsabre1, Coincidentally, I JUST finished installing the motor not 30min. ago. So far, it all looks fine. UPS delivered it yesterday afternoon. It came with appropriate small parts..., no issues. I'll watch it for a few hours as the compressor (the part is a condenser fan motor in a 24yr. old GE fridge) cycles a few times. Bottom line... thus far, I'm pleased.
