We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We also understand that sometimes circumstances change and from time to time everyone makes mistakes. Perhaps you ordered the wrong item by mistake. No problem! Simply return the part to us for a refund. In fact, we will even pay the shipping cost if we made a mistake and sent you the wrong part.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused, uninstalled item in its original condition, in its original packaging, with 365 days of the date that you purchased the item from us for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.
 
 
To request a return authorization:  Please send an email to: service@subtropicalparts.com or call customer service at 1-866-236-3848. We will promptly respond with return instructions and the return shipping address. NOTE: before we can process a request, our system requires the complete model and serial number from your appliance.
 
Please do not send your item back without receiving a authorized return request from a customer service representative.
We ship from over 45 distribution centers and your return may get lost.
 
Abuse of the return policy: Appliance Parts Experts.com, reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person or company for any reason if we suspect that a person or company is abusing our return policy.

The following items are not eligible for return under our 365-day return policy
:
  • Items not in their original condition,
  • Items not in their original condition include, parts that had been installed. Parts that have been installed are considered used and can not be returned.
  • Parts that are damaged during attempted installation.
  • Manuals, books, cleaners, liquids, adhesives, sealants, tools electrical and non electrical
